Why is my first bill so high?Your first Kudos Co bill contains advance charges for services, from the date of the current bill to the date of the next bill due. If it's higher than expected this is due to charges from the date your services were activated being included, up until the date of your first bill. Further bills will only include the usual standard advance charges, unless you've changed your package.
